Lee Ryan, a former member of the boyband Blue, has slashed £300,000 off the asking price of his Thames-side pad, which he bought when he was 19.
Ryan, 25, is selling the three-bed flat at St George Wharf, in Vauxhall, south London for £1.19m because he is eager to move to the country.

"I'm ready for the quiet life" he tells me. He has been househunting in Oxfordshire with his fiancée, Sammy.
